About Mega Force
A New Zealand company with a simple idea: fishing magnets should lift what the box says.
Born out of frustration
We got into magnet fishing like most Kiwis, by buying a cheap “1000 lb” magnet online. It barely held a spanner. Every listing claimed huge numbers and none of them lived up to it.
Mega Force Magnets was founded in New Zealand to do it properly. We work directly with an established magnet manufacturer, specify N52 neodymium and quality steel housings, and test every production batch ourselves before it’s sold.
We’re starting in Aotearoa and expanding to Australia, with a range from beginner single-sided magnets to heavy double-sided and 360° recovery kits.
